Who we are

Parker Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric LLC is a family-owned multi-trade contractor serving the Hudson Valley. We started small and stayed close — we live here, our trucks are local, and our reputation is the only thing that matters in a town this size.

What we believe

Show up when we say we will. If we tell you Tuesday at 2, you should expect us Tuesday at 2. If something pushes us back, you'll hear from us — not a no-show.

Quote before we work. You see the price before we touch anything. No surprise add-ons, no "actually it's going to cost more once we're in there." If something legitimately changes, we stop, explain, and you decide.

Fix the cause, not the symptom. A breaker that keeps tripping is telling you something. A drain that keeps clogging is telling you something. We find what's actually wrong and fix that — not just the part you can see.

Permits where they belong. If a job needs a permit, we pull it. We don't take shortcuts that fail inspection or cost you on resale.

What we do

• Plumbing — repairs, installs, water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer lines, fixtures.
• Heating — furnace and boiler repair and replacement, heat pump installs, annual tune-ups.
• Air Conditioning — central AC and mini-split repair and installation, EPA-certified refrigerant work.
• Sump Pumps — primary and battery-backup pumps, smart alarms, basement-dryness peace of mind.

Service area

Newburgh is our home base, and we work across Beacon, Port Jervis, Cornwall-on-Hudson, Walden, and the surrounding Hudson Valley. Outlying calls are always welcome — we'll give you an honest ETA when you call.

Insured

Fully insured plumbing, heating, and cooling contractor. New York State doesn't issue a statewide plumbing license — licensing is local to each town in this region — and we work within the local requirements wherever we're called.
