Each membership covers one home. Parker Care AC covers one AC system check per year and no heating tune-up. Parker Care Heat covers one heating system tune-up per year. Parker Care Heat & AC covers one heating system tune-up and one AC system check per year. Extra systems are priced separately.
24hr response guarantee
Within 24 hours of your service request, we respond with a solution — a repair or an emergency heating solution; this does not promise every repair will be finished within 24 hours, because parts or availability can delay completion. If we do not respond within 24 hours, we refund the membership payments you made for that 12-month membership period.
Billing and renewal
You sign a 12-month agreement, billed monthly, that renews for another 12 months unless you cancel before renewal.
Not included
Clearing clogs, including main drain cleaning, is not a service Parker Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric provides.
