This is a short summary. Read and save the full Parker HomeCare Membership Agreement before signing up.
Plans and billing
- Parker Care AC: $25/month.
- Parker Care Heat: $26/month.
- Parker Care Heat & AC: $39/month.
Sales tax is added based on the covered home's address. Your card is charged monthly.
Term and renewal
Your first term is 12 months from your membership start date. It automatically renews for another 12 months unless you cancel renewal.
Canceling renewal
You may request cancellation at any time. We must receive it before the renewal date in your signed agreement to stop the next renewal and its charges.
Cancellation stops renewal. Monthly payments continue through the current term. There is no cancellation penalty fee.

Notices and your agreement
We send a reminder with cancellation instructions 15–45 days before the cancellation deadline.
We give written notice of material changes at least 5 business days and no more than 30 days before they take effect, and follow New York's consent/refund requirements before charging a higher price.
Your signed membership agreement controls the covered home, equipment and services.
